Simply Wood Pte Ltd is the authorised distributor of NB Sports Floors. We install wooden sports floors for schools halls, dance floors, gyms, squash courts, basketball courts as well as auditorium halls in army camps. Our sports floors is a rigorous, high-performance system, integrating R&D, materials procurement, production, logistics and after-sales services.

Our NB wooden Sports Floors system uses various kinds of hardwood timber like Birch, Oak, Maple and Hevea. All our products have been confirmed by independent laboratory tests in accordance with EN14904, DIN18032 Part-2, and have been accredited by FIBA for competition in Level 1 &2. Our factories have passed ISO9001, ISO14001 and OHSAS18001 standard for years.

Colours & Product Specs

The concept "one size and spec fits all demands" is not suitable for wood sports flooring.

For this reason, NB offers over 10 floor systems. Systems are engineered to fit various activities, different class and size of the competition, special requirements for safety, performance, rules & regulations and budget.

NB H3035's Fixed Systems

1. Join Craft

All the items and parameters of NB H3025 structure system have been tested and approved by the FIBA and awarded Level 1 certification. Our board adopts mortise and tenon double joint craft, which enlarges the contact area of the join parts by long tenon/tongue and deep mortise/groove.

3. Top Floor Lacquer

95° high-gloss topcoat is researched and developed exclusively by NB, which could bring a better visual enjoyment in competitions and games.

2. Membrane Back Covering Technology

The back of our board for exporting are all adopted with waterproof membrane covering. We are the first and the only company using back membrane covering in the field of sports wood flooring worldwide. The membrane technology can effectively isolate the moisture from bottom or base construction as well as resist deformation, and avoid termite gnawing.

Installation Steps

NB-F1893

NB-F1893 Sport Floor is suitable for short time use in general indoor sports and non-sports event. Adopted with layers of three solid wood and 10mm foaming underlay, NB-F1893 has the optimum stability and noise reduction performance. Moreover, with the thickness of 14mm of the panel, the weight of this system is very light.

NB-F1893 has the unique technology in panels connection. The design of valinge 2G & 5G locking system in respective connection sides, enables the installation more convenient and faster, without even a nail or bracket.
